Privacy Policy
Last updated October 11, 2026
This notice describes information handled through the Lodge’s website, member area, venue inquiries, and Sunday Soul Jam feedback survey. Contact the Lodge with questions about these practices.
Information you provide
Member accounts include a name or display name, email address, username, and sign-in credentials. Member requests include the subject, category, and message you submit. Venue inquiries also include the event name, preferred date and times, estimated attendance, and setup needs. Please avoid sending sensitive medical information, payment-card details, or other information that is unnecessary for your request.
The five-question Sunday Soul Jam survey collects your selected ratings, any optional suggestions or comments you provide, and a submission date. It does not request a name, email address, or telephone number. Security processing and hosting logs can still contain technical information, so feedback should not be treated as guaranteed anonymous.
Technical information and cookies
The website’s hosting and security services may process IP addresses, browser and device information, requested pages, timestamps, and error or access logs to operate and protect the site. Necessary cookies support member sign-in and session preferences. Temporary security records help prevent repeated or fraudulent submissions.
How information is used and who can access it
Information is used to manage approved member access, respond to requests, review venue availability, share announcements, improve events, maintain records, and protect the website. Authorized Lodge administrators can review member requests and survey responses. Members can view their own recent requests. Hosting and technical service providers may handle information needed to operate the website.
The member and survey features are intended for Lodge administration and event improvement, rather than advertising profiling. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or needed to investigate misuse and protect rights or safety.
Maps, external services, and payments
A Google map loads after a visitor searches the directory or selects a lodge. Loading it sends technical information to Google. Directions and other external links take you to services with their own privacy practices. Online dues payments are not yet configured. If a hosted payment service is enabled, card details will be entered with that provider rather than through the Lodge’s member-request forms.
Retention and your requests
Accounts, requests, and feedback are retained for the purposes described here, subject to operational needs, applicable recordkeeping requirements, and administrator review. Temporary submission tokens and rate-limit records expire automatically; hosting logs and backups follow the applicable provider’s retention practices.
Contact the Lodge to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information associated with you, or to ask about rights available under applicable law. The Lodge may need to verify your identity. Some records may need to be retained for legal or administrative reasons. Because the survey does not request an identifier, identifying an individual response may not be possible.
Children and security
The online member area is for approved accounts, and the feedback survey is intended for adult event attendees. The website is not intended to collect personal information from children under 13. Contact the Lodge if you believe a child has submitted personal information. No website or electronic transmission can guarantee complete security.
Changes to this notice
Updates will appear on this page with a revised date. Material changes to member information practices should also be communicated through member announcements or another appropriate notice.
